Doug Manninger – Citizen of the Year (Shop with a Cop), Sara Moss – G.E.R. Outstanding Service Commendation & Pin (Entertainment & Newsletter), David Roeth – G.E.R. Outstanding Service Commendation & Pin (Vets Chair)
Timothy Luby – G.E.R. Special Citation (Exalted Ruler), St. Louis Elks Lodge #9 – G.E.R. Special Citation
